Hi all , I am trying to look at my connected devices in the VM Connect app but I am getting exclamation marks against each device

The VM Connect app is so hopelessly flawed we don't have it installed any more.
Connect to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/ login an look at the Connected Devices menu directly.
Connected devices can only be network cable connected or your own mobiles and laptops etc that have been given the Wi-Fi password.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the connect app, have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the device?
Have you also tried what Client62 has suggested?
