My VM Connect app does not connect to my Hub. It does very occasionally, but most time that I open the app there is no connection.
Can I do something to fix this?
Can I control my WiFi another way?

We prefer to login to the Hub menu at http://192.168.0.1/ and to manage the Wi-Fi directly from the Hub menus.

What is the error message you are getting when you attempt to connect?
