VM Connect App - Optimise settings loop

My VM Connect App is stuck in a loop asking me to optimise my settings. If I complete the wizard I am prompted to optimise again. This is preventing me from removing paused devices leaving us without internet access. I have tried connecting directly to the router to remove devices but after entering my router password, the screen fails to load and I get a message saying page unresponsive. This happens on multiple devices.

Thanks fort your post and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear about the fault with the connect App looping.

If you are able to, Near the yellow cable sockets on the back of the hub you should see a small hole with the name Reset printed above it. Inside is a small pinhole. Put a pen or pencil in the pinhole reset button for sixty seconds. This will factory reset the hub to its default values.

Any paused devices should be removed.

If that fails, can you let us know.
