I appreciate the reasons why this happens, and as I work in IT I do see this often, however it still does not mean that it is anyless frustrating to continually see from any company...

I do stand by my orgininal statement that to cable only 2 houses out of 60+ in a street is very frustrating and seems like a total waste.

It is also frustrating that to be told to come back in 2yrs time and we MAY have decided to continue leaves us loyal customers a bit dumb founded. I do still believe that being more open and transparrent about the mapping and scheduling would be of great help because a majority of these issues are because no-one seems to know anything and the FIRST thing customer services want to do is disconnect you.

Just my opinion....
