Can someone tell me please what’s the charge for ordering a second mesh pod.  I have one which works fine in an area that wasn’t great before.  However my hall doesn’t have the best signal and could do with another mesh pod.   Would there be a separate charge for that second one and if so how much please thank

Little did VM know you be needing more then one pod to fix the poor WiFi of the hub...

Why did you bother - this isn’t an answer to the question.  Not helpful at all

£5 per month if you're not UO ot 1Gb/s

so if that's 2 of them - £10 per month = £180 for the duration of your contract..

You can get your own wireless solution that will work for less than that - and you get to keep it!

If the pods aren't free - they are a rip-off!

I was told 2nd and 3rd are free you only pay 5 a month for one that’s all. If only I could get the first one to work would be great.

Thanks for that.  Wasn’t sure if second one would be free or not.  My first one certainly seems to be okay.  I’d you can’t get yours to work report it as faulty and they should send you a replacement
