Using BT ports

Good afternoon,

I am wondering if it is possible to contact my virgin wifi hub into the bt ports. I have numerous bt ports around my house and want to contact my gaming console directly to the router instead of running it wirelessly using the bt ports.

can someone advise

Thank you

Re: Using BT ports

those ports are for telephones, could run a ethernet cable around the house along side the telephone cables and can change the faceplates to include a ethernet port, this would require a punch down tool.

Since with ADSL you would have the router attached to one of the telephone ports with a microfilter, the other ports would also just be for telephone, unless moved router to that telephone port.

If need further explanation would be happy to assist
