My wifi plan has already been disconnected on 27/5 and your colleague told me that the virgin media equipment return kit will arrive 5-7 days after the disconnection date. However, it's been a week and I still haven't received the kit. I'm asking a friend of mine to help me with this and she is leaving soon. So it is something urgent to solve it. May I know whether the packaging was out yet or how should I return the wifi box?
