Urgent WiFi pods required

Hi This is my second request on here for help in trying to obtain WiFi pods as my download speed is less than 30mbps in three rooms.

I went into and O2 shop to ask about this and was told to persevere with Virgin to get through but this has been to no avail, hence another attempt to try and get an answer via this forum. Here's hoping someone can actually help me!

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues ordering the pods.

You should be able to do this via our connect app.

If you cant for any reason, if you could please post a screenshot here of the WIFI speeds being received we can go from there 🙂
