I’ve been a Virgin Media customer for almost 10 years now and still have the same Broadband Hub that came with my package - as of late it’s really struggling to keep all our devices connected. I’m constantly having to reboot the Hub just to kick it back into life to recognise my PC or Phone etc. Also if I move from one room to another the connection drops so unless you’re right next to it i struggle to get any WiFi (happens on multiple devices)
How do I go about getting Virgin to replace my Hub so it copes better with all my connections?

First thing is... 10 years - really !?
What model is it.. Superhub 1, 2, 2ac by any chance?
If so its not surprising it may be struggling these days... those belong in a museum 😎

I find it near on impossible trying to contact someone to discuss changing it over.
