Upgraded to 1Gig, now no internet

I placed an order on Tuesday to upgrade my speed from M500 to 1Gig. Received an email yesterday confirming the new hub will arrive on Saturday, however, since 8:30 last night, I've had no internet, with the status page showing that there's no RF signal detected.

All sorted, however, after switching to the Hub 5, I'm still only getting 500Mbps Screenshot 2023-09-16 165140.jpg
