Hi I upgraded from M125 to gig 1 originally had hub 3 with 3 white WiFi pods, got sent a hub 5 which the WiFi signal is absolutely shocking same as hub 3 can’t get WiFi connection in my home office hence the pods now the pods are not working with hub 5 and neither is VM connect app, I’m at my wits end with Virgin and it’s thinking of getting rid and popping off to BT their call centre is so difficult to deal with.

Its because you got a new hub you need to ask them to link VM pods

Can one of the forum staff do this? I was on the phone to VM today for 2 hours in total

They should be able to sort for you, however, it can take several days for a response on here.
