Upgrade from Hub 2 to Hub 3 - link doesn't work

Hopefully a VM person will read this, I can't do the upgrade from Hub 2 to 3 using the link.  My Hub 2 needs rebooting a few times per week, I've had it in modem mode for years, this is NOT a wifi issue.

Sometimes I can also cause the Hub to lose its internet connectivity by doing a large file upload to gdrive, onedrive etc.

Please advise.

I have taken a look over things and I have taken the opportunity to arrange for the new hub to be sent our to you,  It should be with your in the next 3-5 business days.
