Update

  • Day 5  lost the will too live trying to get someone to answer phone text emails , 

looks like everyone must be on furlough at Virgin so left further text msg saying please cancel as I’m off too sky hopefully better service...Let’s face it can’t be any worse.

You need to do more than leave a message to cancel.  Safest way is to write to the address in your contract.

Was there a technical problem with your installation?
