Unwanted ineffective pods - how return?

HappyChappie

Lasts year I raised a complaint about the greatly reduced wifi signal I now (don't) receive - all investigations as to the cause came to zero and I objected to paying for a lesser service than when i first signed up.

I was offered a pod to see if it made a difference and a credit on my account for 12 months.

The pod duly arrived in early December, I got it working and tried it in various different parts of the house, it made negligible difference to the wifi signal wherever I put it but I stayed with it as it wasn't costing me anything.

I have now received a bill charging me for the pod; as it is ineffective I would like to return it and have the charge on my account removed.  I have the original box the pod came in.

Please advise how I return the pod and get the charge removed from my account.

Many thanks in advance for a positive and practical solution.

What package are you on now?

Pods are free to anyone with a 1GB or any Volt package.  Others are charged £8/month.

See if you can make the change to remove it in your online account first.  If not you will have to call in to get it removed.

Many thanks - very helpful.  I was told I do not qualify to get them free, but if they were prepared to extend the credit on my account then I'd be happy to persevere.
