Unusable service from Virgin Media - M500 package in SW14
Hi - for weeks now I have had an intermittent service. This is a typical day - see link below. Is Virgin doing anything to fix this or is the only option to leave now ? I was assured by support this would be fixed over the weekend. It is impossible to have a business video call and the 2 children cant access their online lessons.

Looks like over utilisation. There's no quick fix for that.
