Unstable connection

Hi all

I've recently switched over to virgin from sky and have had nothing but issues. I work from home and while with sky had no issues but the speed was a problem. Since I've had virgin the connection is so unreliable. 

I can't work if this continues and really hope someone can help!



First call 0800 561 0061 - use the automated service to see if there is a local service issue.

Use the test below to see if the issue is at the Hub or device.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm unable to run the test as I'm getting "No internet, Secured" issue at the moment. 


Does 0800 561 0061 report a local outage ? ( do folks next door also have an outage )

Connecting to the Hub's menu's at    - don't long in,  just scroll down to the "Check Router Status" option and see what the Status / Downstream / Upstream tabs reveal.
