Unstable connection - Hub 4 seems to make it worse

I have always had trouble with regular unstable connections. Despite being in a small flat I often get a weak signal, I have moved the router but since getting a Hub 4 it seems to be worse.

The odd thing is that if I do a speed test its always fine

Any tips - its making work Zoom calls almost impossible

The trouble is I can't use a wired connection as the hub is out in the hall by the flat front door

Have you done any optimisation of the wifi on the hub?

Split the wifi bands, chosen less congested channels etc.?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some connection issues with your Hub 4! This is definitely not what you want to be experiencing.

 

I have managed to locate your account from the information you provided on our Forums and was able to take a look to see if there are any issues.

 

Would you be able to reboot your Hub and let us know if this helped with the connection issue please?

Thanks - I have only had one Zoom call today but there were no problems so thank you that might have done the job
