Just a quick update on this issue. I have resolved the problem by plugging my laptop directly into an ethernet cable, trailing a long cable upstairs as and when I need it! I'm now getting an average of 80mb when I'm on Zoom, which was as low as 20mb via wifi. I'm now getting zero connection issue messages on Zoom.
