Unstable Connection

Our wifi keeps cutting out and kicking us out of zoom calls. We opted for the higher bandwidth as multiple people have to be on zoom at one time. Currently no one can access a call without being kicked out.

Have you tried connecting the device(s) to the Hub on an ethernet cable to see if that solves the problem ? That is... is this just happening on wifi connections?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
