Unreliable internet

Just a quick one. My virgin internet is quite unreliable and was wondering if anyone knows a fix or i should get virgin out to it. I've set up a bqm but for the life of me cannot post the picture here. It just keeps saying "Correct the highlighted errors and try again." If I click on insert photos and put in url it just says please input a complete url 😕

I usually take a screenshot of my BQM and save it to the desktop.
Edit it by blanking out ip/MAC addresses --- then in the "post message" box - click the camera icon on the toolbar and drag the screenshot into the box that opens. Works every time

A very warm welcome to our forum, Thank you for taking the time to reach out. 

 

I have just a quick look into this and can see that there is an SNR issues in the area, It has already been raised as and the fault number is F007866303. 

This is currently due to be resolved on the 19th of march 2020 at 09.00.
