I have not been able to access the WiFi since last night. The website however does not provide me with the combination of lights I am seeing. I have an alternation between:
Solid green power light with flashing green Internet light
Flashing green power light on its own.
I have tried to call twice but both times after approximately 30 minutes the call has inexplicably cut off. I have rebooted the system, run checks online but no solution. I have booked a technician for tomorrow but there are 3 adults in my household, all requiring Internet access for work today.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thank you in advance.
