Unexpected and constant WIFI trouble

Since the installation my wifi keeps randomly restarting. Like it goes off and in a few seconds comes back online. This happens a few times per day. It's really frustrating, especially when you're on a zoom call. Can someone help me fix this issue please?

Re: Unexpected and constant WIFI trouble

Does a wired connection also drop?

Re: Unexpected and constant WIFI trouble

need to find out if you have the same issues when connected via ethernet directly to the hub..

if you still get drop-outs/interruptions when wired in, then there may be a problem with your underlying connection, if it all works fine, then you can probably chalk it up to the hub being a substandard wifi router.

Re: Unexpected and constant WIFI trouble

if ethernet is working fine then your best option is to buy a decent router/mesh system and run the hub in modem mode. this place is filled with complaints about how the hub performs as a wifi router.. it's a cheap device that doesn't meet the needs (imho) of a typical household's wifi requirements.
