I am unable to turn on Child Safe.

I am trying to turn on Child Safe using slide button here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/security

I get the error: "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"

All other searches end in an attempt to get me to pay for Virgin Media Internet Security’ powered by F-Secure. I just want to turn on the standard Child Safe functionality.

Try with a different browser. 

The VM forum team can update this setting remotely too once they get to your post.

Thanks for replying. Just gave it a try but it didn't work. Must be a glitch, will wait for them as you say.
