Unable to scan using connect app

Joining in

App won’t let me scan round house, keeps says connect to hub ( which I am). Now approaching 48 hours of feeling shut out from communication with VM. I just need a pod for my kitchen… please

It can take several days for the backend of the Connect app to catch up with Hub installs.  Just persevere. Also make sure you are connected to the Hub's wifi and not using any VPN or Private Relay.

If it still fails to connect, wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.

Hi Lesley14, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. 

I am sorry to hear that you are having with the connect app, do you find that this happens on multiple devices? 

Can you uninstall and reinstall the app and ensure the device is running the latest software. 

Please let me know if you are still having issues following this?
