Unable to resolve settings conflict

On our wavelength

I have error messages on the Wi-Fi app saying there is conflict. I have tried using the app to resolve it but it doesn’t work. Have tried rebooting router many times and restoring to factory settings. Is there anything else I can try?

We'd suggest following all the advice provided in this thread here.

If you're still experiencing problems thereafter, you can call the customer service team on 0345 454 1111 (Option one, then two, then five), or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.

You can ditch VM Connect app and manage the hub directly at : http://192.168.0.1/

Can you confirm if you've tried uninstalling/ re-installing the app?

Yes, and still having the same issues

Can you confirm what device you're using and whether it has worked previously? 

Can you confirm if you're able to log into the hub as Client62 has suggested?

Used the app on an iPhone 11 pro. Also, logged in to the hub via a web browser 192.168.0.1 and run a diagnostics check.

Yes - but I don’t want to factory reset the hub having just got all my devices connected to the new wifi network!   (And it appears not to work for others)!
