Unable to reset router password

I tried to reset my router and changed the password. The new password was then unrecognised. I tried to reset the router to allow the default password to take effect, but alas it will not work. I now have no access to my router settings.

Re: Unable to reset router password

When you do a pin hole reset to the hub you need to hold the switch down for 60 seconds and then the hub will automatically reboot. Do NOT power off the hub, as specified in the VM instructions they are incorrect.

Re: Unable to reset router password

Also - the passcode to the Hub is an 8 digit number.

Should be on the bottom of the hub.

(apologies if this is what you are using - a lot of people try and get in who:

a) Aren't connected to the router via ethernet (or wirelessly)
b) Are using the WiFi default password to access the hub
)

Hi @Leggylamb,

Welcome to the Community Help Forums 🙂 sorry to hear you have been unable to reset your router password.

How are things working for you now - have you managed to access your router settings since your first post? Please do let me know.
