Could anyone help me out ordering a wifi pod please?
I am on a Volt package which should allow me to order wifi pods for free, I've tried using the Connect app and scanned the house and noticed a couple of wifi dead zones or slow wifi, app says a wifi pod is recommended but when I go further in the app it just takes me to my Virgin Media account where I can only upgrade my broadband speed or add extra services like TV or landline, but no option of ordering a wifi pod.
