Unable to order WiFi pods

As per multiple other posts, I have tried repeatedly to order WiFi pods as an O2 Volt and VM customer. WiFi in a number of rooms is completely unusable. 
The apps do not allow ordering even though room scans demonstrate poor signal. Chat bot indicated a pod had been ordered but nothing arrived. 
Completely unacceptable customer service.
