Unable to order WiFi booster

Hi,

ive tried to order a WiFi booster via the connected app after being told I need one and that I can get one free on my package but that sends me to an online page telling me to phone up to order. I’ve then phoned as instructed to then be told I can’t order via the phone.

any ideas how I can order the free booster I can get with my package?

Be aware that new boosters are now currently only supplied free if you have the Hub4. if so they are worth trying. If not, they will add a £3/mo charge and they aren't. The maths say you would be far better putting those monies towards sourcing your own better quality, wireless equipment with the Hub in modem mode.
