Unable to get internet service

I have rebooted and turned off and on multiple times and cannot get the hub to maintain an internet connection. Also did online diagnostic and that said everything was fine. It is not. I urgently need connection for work. I believe I have a super hub. It seems my neighbours are experiencing similar connectivity issues. Many thanks
