Unable to connect to internet

Hi, my internet went down at 9am yesterday and I can’t get through on the phone. I work from home in a front line service. I’ve tried disconnecting everything and reconnecting, re setting the hub but I still can’t connect today. Service status says no issues in my area.

Hi,

Try a quick pinhole reset on the hub, this is done by depressing the reset button on the back of the hub until the lights go out on the front then releasing it. Let me know if there is any improvement,

I’ve tried that but the lights don’t go out when I press the re set button. The re set button is on a different box to the one with the lights? That’s right isn’t it?

I’ve just realised, on the box called ‘pair wps’ there are no lights. Even though it’s switched on.
