Hi, my internet went down at 9am yesterday and I can’t get through on the phone. I work from home in a front line service. I’ve tried disconnecting everything and reconnecting, re setting the hub but I still can’t connect today. Service status says no issues in my area.
Try a quick pinhole reset on the hub, this is done by depressing the reset button on the back of the hub until the lights go out on the front then releasing it. Let me know if there is any improvement,
