Unable to change advanced settings

I’m looking to change the frequency of my WiFi router to set up some smart home devices, every time I try to log in it says the password is wrong. I have reset my WiFi box and it still says the password is wrong. I’ve tried to contact customer support 4 times now and I’m very frustrated with the support I’ve had

are you using hte password from the sticker on the bottom of the hub?

Yeah the small one in the bottom right hand corner, still coming up as incorrect

The admin password - not the Wi-Fi password?

Yep, the settings password, it’s just numbers in the bottom right hand corner on the router
