It should be doable from logging into your VM homepage?

Is it not showing on there then it may already have been cancelled. VM do that when they know that customers are affected by a "known fault" that is being worked on

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi @fellowes50,

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you have been unable to cancel your appointment.

We want to do our best to help. Just to confirm, as mentioned by @jbrennand, are you unable to view the appointment in your my VM account under the tab "My orders and appointment"? If so, please let us know and we can help cancel it from here.

Thanks,
