Not sure if anyone else having problems with this but my partner is unable to connect to her work VPN (works for Vodafone) via our VM connection. Works fine via a hotspot from the phone. So we can’t access Vodafone’s website via VM but can on our mobiles using 4G. I’m assuming it’s all down to Virgin’s DNS. Let me know if anyone else having problems

Yes, my partner is having the same with his VPN for CrossCountry Trains. I've reported to VM
Similar issues here. unable to connect to our work VPN this morning, on virgin lines, other ISPs connect no problem. Glad to hear it has been reported.
The Virgin DNS server is providing no response for www.vodafone.co.uk almost as if it has been deleted from the database.
Google/Cloudflare DNS are working.
Everybody with the problem needs to report it or VM will treat it as one or two individual home setups that are causing the problem.
I've tweeted them to encourage resolution:
The problem I have is I have a Hub 3.0 so I can't even bypass the VM DNS - Dissapointing
Not convinced its DNS as I use cloudflare and still cannot connect. Think it's routing.
