Someone laying my drive has cut through my fibre cables and I can not get anyone at Virgin on the phone to get an engineer out to me. All my services, phone and alarm run off the internet as we have very poor 4g service on our road
The phone lines are still the quickest way to get this fixed. They are still picking up but you might have to be on hold for up to an hour. Calling at 08.00 is the best time to get through quickly - although I got through in 20' on a midweek afternoon recently.
You can also text them on 07533 051809 include account name/number and what the issue is – replies may take longer
A VM person should pick this up here and respond, but it can take several days for them to get here.

It depends how they've "fixed it". Since it's not their property (the cable) to fix, they could cause issues back down the line to the cabinet potentially effecting other users
