URGENT: Hub 3 died

Hi there, this morning our Virgin Hub 3 stopped working. I tried to turn it off and on to reboot, as advised by the online guide, however, since initially turning it off, it has not turned back on again. I have checked all cables are plugged in and tried to restart (20 seconds off, 10 minutes for it to reboot) countless times, but nothing is happening. No lights are on at all on the router. I have tried to call several times today, but not been able to get through to speak to anyone. 

I am working from home and heavily reliant on being online, and thus need urgent assistance on the matter.

VM forum staff can take a few days to respond on here, and you should expect a 3-5 day delivery timescale once the hub is ordered.. your best bet is to call them to let them know it has failed.. best time to call is 08:00 mon-sat and 09:00 Sunday.
