Type 4 Router

Having received the new type 4 router, the wifi is worse than useless and keeps dropping out. I have tried to put the type 3 back in but no joy there.

Amazing that Virgin can send out new equipment that does not do the job it is supposed to!! I don't see them reducing their payments all I see is us the customer having to rely on each other!!

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to find and maintain wifi with the type 4??? before it goes through the window!!!!

If a wired connection and speed is being maintained then the hub is doing its job for what you pay for.

What optimisation have you carried out on the wireless settings already?
