Two accounts set up in my name and billed twice for broadband.

Two accounts have been set up under my name for Broadband, the account number when I joined Virgin Media is still my current account number and I have been billed twice monthly. One account needs to be cancelled and refunded. 

I have called Virgin Media and spoke with Vaishnavi on Sunday 8th October and spoke with Virtual Assistant, Razia via chat on Tuesday 10th October and nothing has been done.

Please email me to resolve this at earliest convenience and issue my refund.
