Two People Using Different VPN's At Same Time

We have many staff with Virgin Media broadband connections struggling to use Cisco AnyConnect VPN, the problem seems to be compounded if there are other people in the household using a different VPN client at the same time.

I've found lots of guidance about things we can try to improve our Cisco VPN experience but does anyone know if running two different VPN's across one broadband connection (often via WiFi) causes an issue?

Thanks.

Re: Two People Using Different VPN's At Same Time

No - why would it?

You’re not being routed by the hub/router as such.

The main issue is users not disabling the Advanced Network Search (note you’ll only be able to reach this link from a Virgin Media connection): https://my.virginmedia.com/advancederrorsearch/settings
