My complete virgin system all of it has gone down at least 4 times for hours and hours in the last week and am finding very difficult to contact Virgin especially with no land line losing my patience with this company

Thank you for your help I have taken both numbers down now and hopefully it won’t go down again has gone down twice since I put the message out🤷‍♂️

Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.
Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
