That link does not provide any assistance as to how to turn off the WiFi hotspot from the home Hub.

The facility used to be there under the My Virgin Media/My Profile page.

I have asked the VM Forum Team staff to investigate.

I do apologise about the website changing and moving the options around. At this moment you can only opt in or out when registering with us. However, if you're wanting to opt out now, I'll be able to amend this on our systems.

I am having exactly the same issue. I have no option to disable WiFi Sharing. I've spoken to both VM customer service and the faults team, who have been unable to help. Please can you disable WiFi Sharing on my account?
