Are you using the correct password? The sticker on the hub has two passwords, one for wireless and one for settings. To login to the hub you need the settings one.
If you believe you have the correct password then I'd suggest a pinhole reset of the hub to ensure it is back to factory settings which should be the passwords listed on the hub.
