Trying to connect to a VPN provided by my employer

This is to access my work intranet via the AnyConnect app. This worked fine until 2 days ago but now it fails to establish a connection to the policy server.
it works fine if I use a hotspot on my phone so implies the problem is with my home WiFi.

Check with your work IT that their firewall isn’t blocking your public IP

Re: Trying to connect to a VPN provided by my employer

Thanks but I don’t think that’s it. I’ve found that if I connect using a hotspot on my mobile then switch to the Virgin wifi once connected then it works. My router is stopping the connection being established somehow.

Re: Trying to connect to a VPN provided by my employer

Log in to the Hub Settings and disable the Hub Firewall when you are using the VPN.

Ensure that you enable it after the VPN work is finished.

it's a setting in the hub, but it's not as simply as legacy1 suggests, but the reponse he gave was the stock answer he gives to everything.

Indeed. To ascertain whether it’s a routing issue, firewall issue, port issue, IP issue etc.
