What is being reported on the issue? Is it a general known issue - or specific to you ?

Check for any “known network faults first - Try in 2 places

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

2) Then also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to street cab/ postcode level.

If nothing is being reported there, what do they say when you call it in - free on 150 (VM line) or 0345 454 1111 (others - national rate) ? Try on the mobile if your landline is down.

Hi Basher19,

Sorry to hear you've had no service for so long, so I can take a closer look at this I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner)
