Total loss of service

Anglian water cut through my fibre on 20/4, 21/4 vm attended to log it. Told scheduled fix for 23/4 but didn’t happen nobody attended, then again scheduled 24/4, again nobody attended. 27/4 and today exactly the same thing. Called VM and nobody can tell me why nobody attends and why it keeps being rescheduled. Have been asked by someone on VM Twitter to post on here!!!???

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

I'm very sorry to hear about the delay with the cable. 

 

I have been able to locate your account on our side and can see you do have the work booked in for today.

 

What I will do is private message you so we can monitor this and if further action is needed we will work on this.
