I'm trying to access the Websafe part of my VM account but I get the 'too many redirects' error message. I've tried on multiple devices, iPhone, Android phone and PC. I've cleared cookies and cache data on all, reset the router, still get it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, it has sorted itself out, it may just be a matter of patience. From what I could gather on the internet, if you clear cookies, caches etc. and reset router, and the problem still persists, the issue is likely to be at the website owner end, which you obviously have no control over. I think a day or so for this to clear is probably reasonable, just have to be patient. It's frustrating that it happens across all devices though as there's no other workaround.
