Too many devices??

Please can someone help, whenever I try and use Virgin Media TV GO it says "too many devices". When I check which devices are registered one of them is the same device that i'm using to try and access TV Go??? I don't get it? + it says I have to wait 14 days to be able to remove any devices. But the device I want to use is the same device I'm using and which is registered.

Is there someone out there who works for Virgin that can just clear the devices so I can try from scratch??

I am trying to watch TV on my PC and it says i have too many devices registered. How to I see which devices are registered and delete the ones I don't require.

Hey biggrah,

 

To check your registered devices, please follow the below instructions 

 

 

Log in    >      Settings       >     Device management 

 

This will then display all of the devices that are registered to the app but you can only change one device a month, so please make sure that you delete the right device.

Have now spoken to someone on the Tech phoneline and he has changed something. and everything is now working ok.
