Third Time This Week - High Packet Loss

This level of packet loss is unacceptable, and it the third time this week this has happened.

I can't see the pictures yet as they need approving by a moderator, however I'm guessing your suffering issues just like a good number of customers at the moment which is congestion on the networks, not something that can be fixed over night or even very quick at all.
