Terrible wifi

Wifi been terrible for a while now. Have to keep reconnecting phone. Son recently connected a gaming PC via ethernet cable into the box in his room and a socket booster?  into the main router with he other end in his room as wifi so bad. We also have a booster to another room in the house. But its still slow and buffering. We are unable to view on Netflix (says not connected when checking) and often cant get catchup/on demand. Tried speed tests and poor and port configuration test says they need reconnecting. About ready to start looking elsewhere now.

Can you confirm if wired directly to the HUB is ok?

Only his PC is wired and he says its still slow and buffering.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

You've actually logged into the router.

As mentioned above you don't need to!

Click the box labelled ">Check router status" - it's at the bottom of the first image you posted - all the data is in there
