Terrible intermittent connection both wireless and wired. TB linked

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/c3a85b5f7a5ab56b40d8fba4265ad07b08...
So. Past week it has been f*****g mental. Random drops. Random complete internet loss. All devices. Wired and wireless. Only things ive messed with are splitting up 2.4 and 5 for ranges and changing passwords as far as I recall. Ive been logging every loss or disconnection ive been experiencing just myself. Can only guess everyone else in the household. Any help greatly appreciated.

Edit. Cant log into my admin panel anymore. Havent for a day and a bit. Keep getting someone else is logged in. Considering im the only one who knows the admin password. But surprising.

Which Hub do you have ?

What is your contracted speed ?

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.

Re: Terrible intermittent connection both wireless and wired. TB linked

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again. Use one post for each tab if you wish.

Please do not use screen grabs.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

Re: Terrible intermittent connection both wireless and wired. TB linked

Your Power Levels all look OK, tour Upstream Power Levels however are are all too low at 16 QAM, they should be at 64 QAM.

Try a reboot to see if the Hub can renegotiate a better connection using this method ...

Switch the Hub off using the small switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord and pull the PSU plug from the wall socket.

Give it a good 5 minutes put the plug back in and switch the Hub back on.

Allow the Hub a few minutes to fully restart then try your connection again.

Clearly a “DUM” diagnosis as the actual Upstream (CM)power levels appear to be within spec? However Dynamic Upstream Modulation on shared cable segment is susceptible to noise from various local and upstream sources....
